Regulations for the provision of services
This document, being an integral part and annex to the user agreement concluded between the Provider and the User, establishes the rules for the acceptable use of the Provider's services.
1.When using the services of the Provider, the User is prohibited from the following: 1.1. Post and/or distribute illegal and critical content. In this case, content means any data, text, programs, databases, music, sounds, photographs, graphics, videos, messages and other materials. 1.1.1. The User himself bears full responsibility for the content posted or downloaded by the User. At the same time, the Provider does not control the content of the content posted by the User and does not bear any responsibility for its quality, accuracy or content, nor does it carry out any censorship. 1.1.2. The User undertakes to indemnify the Provider from any claims of third parties related to the User’s use of the Provider’s services, including, but not limited to, claims related to violation of intellectual property rights. 1.1.3. If the User violates the current legislation, the Provider may suspend the provision of services unilaterally without prior notice to the User, in particular in the following cases:
the User commits actions aimed at forwarding, publishing, transmitting, reproducing, posting, downloading, distributing and using in any way content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, offends morals, promotes hatred and/or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity , gender, religious, social characteristics, contains insults against specific individuals or organizations, affecting any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other property rights and/or copyright and related rights of third parties;
placement by the User of links to any Content protected by copyright, related or other rights, without the permission of the copyright holder, or prohibited by applicable law;
distribution and/or publication by the User of content that contradicts the requirements of current legislation, international law, or infringes the rights of third parties;
advertising, demonstration of pornographic products, as well as products promoting the cult of violence or cruelty;
posting and/or transmission of content that is illegal, including content that promotes national, racial, ethnic or religious hatred, incites ethnic hatred, incites violence against any person or group of persons, or inhumane treatment of animals, calling for the commission of illegal activities, humiliating national honor and dignity, offending the feelings of citizens in connection with their religious or atheistic beliefs, aimed at limiting rights or establishing direct or indirect advantages depending on nationality, race, ethnicity or attitude to religion, etc. d.;
publication and placement by the User of content that contains codes whose action corresponds to the action of computer viruses, hacker programs or other programs equivalent to them;
the User commits actions aimed at sending, publishing, distributing in any way content containing information about third parties that does not correspond to reality and/or affects the honor and dignity of individuals, or the business reputation of legal entities. 1.2. Falsify data in any way, including:
the User commits actions aimed at impersonating another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, as well as aimed at misleading regarding the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects;
the use by the User of any forms and methods of illegal representation of other persons;
without having the appropriate authority to use, providing as identification data names, addresses, phone numbers, logins, passwords, email addresses, etc. that do not belong to the User or that do not exist at all. 1.2.1. The Provider has the right to immediately, without prior notice to the User, suspend the provision of access to services and/or delete the relevant content in all of the above cases. 1.3. Send Spam, including:
the User commits actions aimed at sending, transmitting or any other distribution without the consent of the addressee, publishing and/or reproducing on third party resources without their consent content containing Spam advertising;
subscription of the postal address of the owner of the corresponding address to any periodic mailings without prior confirmation directly from the owner of the address;
periodic e-mailing that does not contain an explicit indication of how to unsubscribe from it;
sending information to persons who have previously clearly expressed their reluctance to receive relevant information;
advertising of services, goods, other materials, the distribution of which is limited or prohibited by current legislation, as well as advertising of spam mailing services and similar services;
the User’s performance of actions aimed at sending, transmitting and/or distributing lists of other people’s email addresses, multi-level (network) marketing, online earnings systems, chain letters, etc. 1.3.1. The Provider has the right to immediately, without prior notice to the User, suspend the provision of access to services and/or delete the relevant content in all of the above cases. 1.4. Carry out activities related to Mining. 1.4.1. The Provider has the right to immediately, without prior notice to the User, suspend the provision of access to the services if the User uses the services for Mining, as well as take any technical and organizational measures aimed at limiting the possibility of using the services for Mining. 1.5. Use the services to conduct network attacks, scan Internet hosts, perform any other actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the platform or gaining unauthorized access to third-party content, as well as use the services for other illegal purposes. 1.5.2. The Provider has the right to immediately, without prior notice to the User, suspend the provision of access to services and/or delete the relevant content in all of the above cases.
Restricting access to certain network resources. If the Provider has sufficient grounds to believe that the use of network resources may lead to abuse by the User of the Grant provided to him during the Trial period, the Provider has the right to partially or completely restrict access to certain network resources such as gaming, Bitcoin faucets and others.
Activities carried out by the Provider in case of violation of the provisions of these Regulations. If the User performs the actions specified in these Regulations, as well as for the purpose of identifying the causes of incidents and abnormal activity on the part of the Platform cloud resources provided to the User, the Provider has the right to perform memory dumps of the User’s Virtual Machines and Database Hosts, as well as carry out other measures necessary for identifying the causes of relevant incidents and activities.
Security measures. The Provider implements and maintains technical and organizational measures to protect information uploaded by the User to the Platform from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.
Terms Capitalized terms used in this document have the following meanings: Mining is an activity involving the use of Platform resources aimed at creating cryptocurrency. Spam is the mass sending of advertising correspondence to persons who have not expressed a desire to receive it, as well as the sent Content itself. Content - any information expressed by speech, text and any other means of transmission, including data, text, programs, databases, music, sounds, photographs, graphics, videos, messages and other materials. Grant - the amount of discount provided by the Provider to the User in cases agreed upon by them. Trial period - a period of time during which the User can test use the services and become familiar with their functionality. Platform is a software and hardware platform consisting of hardware and software located on the Provider’s infrastructure, allowing the use of services and other functionality of the Platform.
